Park Bio

The Park Bio Cognac is a wonderful example of a cognac produced by a house that is committed to responsible farming.  Made solely from organic wines from the Fins Bois terroir, the cognac has a list of accreditations that are proof of being an environmentally friendly creation.  It has the AB, EcoCert and FR BIO Agriculture UE labels.  Every step of the creation of this cognac is environmentally sound, with no additives, wood supplements, caramel, or sugar being used at any point along the process.

So, what to expect from this organic cognac?  Well, the clay-limestone soils of Fins Bois have imparted their signature balance between fruit and floral.  The quality is a VSOP, and as such this makes it a truly versatile cognac.  Enjoy it neat as either an aperitif or digestif, or perhaps over ice to release a different aroma and taste sensation.
