About Audry Cognac

2005年，时代周刊报道到：“你听说过的最好的干邑就是欧德利”当时这家规模不大的手工干邑品牌瞬间走到聚光灯下。从那时候起，他们的产品在全世界多个国家逐渐成名，也开始现身位于欧洲、斯堪的纳维亚半岛和北美的各大高级餐厅。虽然几年前欧德利这个名字在法国之外还不是很出名，但这不意味着这家酒庄没有悠久而引人入胜的历史。

这家家族经营的干邑品牌历史可以追溯到1878年，尽管仍坚持在酒窖里贮藏一系列陈年酒，但在20世纪50年代他们一度停止销售成品干邑。这被认为是他们成功的秘诀——1978年当贝尔纳博松（Bernard Boisson）开始重兴欧德利干邑时，他有满满几个酒窖的最珍贵、历经长达几十年陈酿的生命之水可用，才得以重新开始制作最特殊的干邑。
